Applications

Steel security shutter suitable for commercial sites with openings up to 49m². The P76 offers full or partial vision while retaining the durability and security of the regular solid shutter curtain. Solid slats can be incorporated as required. CE marked  to harmonised product standard BSEN 13241-1:2003. An insurance approved LPCB LPS 1175 SR1 approved version is also available for this model. Curtain Slat

Single skin 76mm (3'') curved steel. 

Colour: Galvanised finish. Option to powder coat any RAL / BS colour or choose from a range of plastisol finishes (surcharges applies).

Enclosure / Housing

Manufactured from 0.7mm or 0.9mm galvanised steel sheet. End caps are fabricated from 3mm steel.

Colour: Galvanised finish. Option to powder coat any RAL / BS colour (surcharge applies).

Guide Channels / Bottom Slat

Galvanised steel section bottom rail: either 'L' or 'T' shape. Guide channel depth will vary dependent on application, either 50mm, 65mm (with or without windlocks), 75mm or 100mm.

Colour: Galvanised finish as standard. Plastisol range or powder coating available (surcharge applies). 

Guide channels are bolted onto angle or box section, depending on the application. 

Operation

Electric: Single-phase tubular motor or 3-phase outboard direct drive motor (dependent on curtain weight) with push button control. Numerous options such as group or remote control etc., available as required. Manual override facility as required. 

Note: Manual operation is available but not common with the P76. Advised for window shutters only.
